Daniil Trifonov replaces Mitsuko Uchida with the National Orchestra of Spain

The Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov will act with the National Orchestra and Choir of Spain the next days February 19, 20 and 21 at the concerts scheduled within the Symphonic cycle to replace Mitsuko Uchida, previously announced, who will not be able to travel to our country due to mobility limitations derived from covid19.

The program of these concerts is maintained and the internationally recognized pianist will perform the Concerto for piano and orchestra no. 1 in C major, Op.15 the Ludwig van Beethoven. Nänie, for choir and orchestra, Op.82 Y The Song of Destiny, Op. 54, for choir and orchestra by Johannes Brahms will be the two works that complete this program, under the direction of its owner David Afkham.
