We are going to season the pork chops on both sides before heating a pan with a little vegetable oil. We place the chops in the pan over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side to seal them. Meanwhile we are going to mix in a bowl, the orange juice (preferably natural) with the soy sauce, the minced garlic, the minced onion, paprika and pepper. We stir well and reserve.
When we finish sealing the meat we remove it from the pan, We lower the fire to medium low intensity and pour the sauce. We let it heat for about eight minutes, stirring from time to time. We add the meat to the pan again, cover it with sauce and leave, always over medium low heat, for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
With what to accompany the pork chop in orange and soy sauce
I recommend serving this delicious and attractive pork chop in orange and soy sauce with some roasted vegetables, as well as with a rice or some pasta. You can use the same sauce to garnish the garnish. A full-bodied glass of red wine will be a great way to accompany this dish as well.
