Jean-Jacques Montfort, owner of the Brut restaurant is the only chef from Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor) to participate in the European culinary competition. In front of a female jury, on Monday March 8, 2021, he will prepare a dish of monkfish on the theme: The return of spring.
