You don’t have the instructions to set up teleworking in your company? Do not panic. Epitech, a computer and digital training school with campuses in 13 cities in France, offers free help to its students.
“In the aftermath of the presidential address and when the government announced confinement and the need to resort to teleworking on a large scale, we wondered how we could help the businesses affected,” explains Emmanuel Carli, director general of the establishment. We have had the tools necessary for teleworking for five years, so we wanted to put them to use for businesses in need. “
Over a hundred students trained in these tools, support and advice are thus available. “We are facing an emergency situation and we will try to respond present,” says Emmanuel Carli, who has already recorded many requests from companies in difficulty since the dissemination of this proposal.
For the students, it is also a scenario that foreshadows their future tasks, once launched in the world of work. “With the mobilization of our students at the service of our economic actors, we give an additional meaning to their learning,” continues Emmanuel Carli. Solidarity is a strong value at Epitech, and the establishment of this task force also gives us the opportunity to reaffirm it and pass it on to our students. “
